Hunting

I dont have an ultra long lens and such.... but when I was out on the saltings and marshes the other saturday....I caught this Marsh Harrier out getting its breakfast.... 6am.

I like to see birds in action and in their own environment.

Grab shots but I got them....and they're MINE!!!

Nice captures Janice, nice colours too - watch out though, you'll keep feeling the need to get up at that time every morning on the offchance it'll be back & you'll be able to get closer

That's quite late for me, Mike.

I get up at 2am a couple of times a week for a long drive for work... Im usually in Sheffield or Wales by 6 then back for my normal day's work in Essex by 9 or 10!

If I got to the Essex marshes by 6am Id think Id had a lay in!!!

Well spotted and captured Janice.
That looks like a lovely place for photography.
I hope you dont mind, i tried a re-crop to accentuate the "hunt" feel of the pic.
May or may not work.
