Hurricane 1940's

I suppose we all take for granted how good digital camera's are in this day and age and try to improve them with the various third party software options.

So I thought I'd try and recreate the effect of a photo taken some 70 years ago with the then comsumer Box Brownie using a shot I took last weekend. Apart from obviously converting to greyscale I've added a little bit of film grain, motion blur and vignetting in Photoshop. Maybe I've gone to far or not!

The colour version is no slouch either. It looks like a model. I would remove the tree just under the prop myself though :shrug:
