Hi,

Easiest way is probably to upload the pic to you gallery first. Click on the top bar of the forum to Galleries and then to upload your pics to your space here. Make sure the pics are no bigger than 800 pixels on the longest side and the file size no greater than 160 kb. Best format would be as compressed jpegs.

One the pic is in your gallery if you click on it to view it, below it will be a button to 'copy to clipboard'. From there you can then type out a post and just paste your pic into the post.
