My wife has just advise me she's off to see the Kaiser Chiefs tonight...

Now I was going to do some nightime photography, but now that's a no no, as have 7 year old daugher......:nono:

I'm going to be a bit lazy and ask you kind folk for some ideas.

I have DSLR, 50mm prime, 55-200, 11-16, cheap external flash, cheap reflector kit, tripod, remote, reversing ring....

So any ideas would be appreciated to I can try something different...

Maybe a small photoshoot of your daughter for the family album?

Lock your wife in the bathroom, give your 7 year old daughter the key and bribe her to let the wife out a bit later. Take ticket and go practice gig photography while watching the Kaiser Chiefs .

Maybe waterdrops so you can get her involved in trying to time the drop? You have the tripod, flash and remote so that is basically all you need.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I did a few low light photographs if some seeds that was less than sucessful - I "need" a macro lens

I also did external flash photographs of my daughter. None have been processed yet and I have a load from today to do as well ....but can't complain.
