These are nice and sharp Gary. Well done considering there's not much about at this time of year. What lens are you using out of interest?

Hi Gareth thanks for that, I use the mpe 65mm lens, sometimes with extension tubes...

They do seem to be pretty much the best macro lens about. I've been toying with the idea of one of these for a while to replace my Sigma 105mm 2.8. Hmmm...now where's my credit card....:nuts:

Excellent Gary, I really want an mpe-65... no danger anytime soon of my getting a macro lens though.

If you decide to get a MP-e check out Kerso first - he was by far the cheapest when i was looking for one, and ideally you'll need a MT24-EX to get the best from the lens
