I'm on a mission to find a new bag. This one has to fit in my Fuji XT-1 with one lens attached plis one other, but it also needs to have room for a laptop or some A4 size documents/filesand my lunch! I keeping an open(ish) mind of style - backpack or shoulder bag.

Any suggestions?
 
I have a CompuDayPack by Lowepro that sounds like it should fit the bill. I've had mine for years and it's stood the test of time. However I fear I may have had it too many years because I can't find it anywhere now :lol:
 
I'm a convert to ThinkTank bags.... Hi e them a look. Very well thought out - love mine - the only ones I use these days.
 
Thanks for the suggestions so far. That ONA is very nice, but you're right, it certainly is "pricey". The others mentioned here look worthy of further investigation. It's a difficult balance to get something that is big enough, but not too bulky. I have smaller cases/bags for when I just want to take the camera with one lens attached. The reason for this one is so that I can carry my camera with me when I'm travelling to/from/for work.
 
The Tenba dna bags are nice, I think they make one big enough to fit a laptop in but I'm not sure, I have a think tank retrospective 7 and I would reccomend them to anyone but you have to go pretty big to fit a laptop in (like 40 or 50 I think, the 7 can take an 11" air or ipad.

You could always get a laptop bag and just fit your xt1 inside that, looking at ONA suggested above, they make a "Bowery" that's very nice and can be used as a bag on its own or as an insert in another bag but then you can choose to leave the camera at home too.
 
Another thumbs up for Think Tanks I just purchased the Retrospective 20 and love it. Plenty of storage if required, comfortable to carry and best of all fairly inconspicuous when travelling on the underground etc with several thousand pounds of equipment in it. Looks pretty rugged and well made and should last.

Another vote for it. I have the same bag, it's great and can fit my Xt1 plus few lenses, tablet, food and drink, flashes and accessories. Very well built and easy to carry
 
@bbg404 It's a great bag. I use the 350 and have been for about 3 years now. It's seen a lot of abuse since I wear it daily on my dog walks and holidays.
