I need a new monitor, advice please

I have a very old Dell 24" monitor, I have some spare cash and would like to get a 27" 4k monitor.
I have a budget of £350.
The three I have in mind are:
Dell S2725QS
BenQ PD2705U
Asus Pro Art PA279CV

I have read some reviews of the Asus having a green tinge and that the Dell need calibrating out of the box. Looking for advice on these or any other monitor worth looking at around my budget

I have just bought the 160Hz version of the 27 inch Asus Pro Art and its spot on colours look good to me

If I had to choose between those 3 I would go for the dell

I recently got a Benq MA270U on an Amazon offer for just under £400. Delighted with it.
Of those you’ve listed I’d choose the Benq PD2705U (£329 on Amazon at the moment).
