I need help on ND grad filters please.

Hi all, ..... newbee here!

I need a set of ND soft grad square filters for shooting bright landscapes to tone down the sky. Can you advise me on which strength to get as I assume there will be a set of three, including a holder to fit my Canon DSL 18-55 58mm diameter kit lens. I also have a Tamron 10-24 77mm diameter wide angle lens that I would like the same. Can one filter set fit both lens diameters with an adaptor? Also would the same principle apply to a circular ND110 filter, i.e. can I use one 77mm size filter on both super wide angle lens and 58mm kit lens?

ND grads can be bought individually, or in sets (normally of three: 1 stop, 2 stop & 3 stop).
For the lenses you have, probably best to get the 100mm filters (Lee or Cokin Z-Pro size, HiTech also do 100 filters which will fit these holders).

You'll need to buy the filters, holder and two lens adaptors (one 58mm and one 77mm) and then you'll be able to use your setup on both lenses.

As for the circular ND110, if you buy the 77mm version, you can buy a step down adaptor which will let you use it on the smaller lens.
