I need help with a Lighting situation!!

Hi guys,

I’m a planning to shoot a wedding in an old cinema and the client has asked me about lighting. This does present, in my mind, a conundrum. I don’t want flashes to be distracting but at the same time I feel like I will need them. It will be during the ceremony so missing any moments due to poor lighting just isn’t an option!! I shoot eith a d600 and will be using either my 35mm 1.4 art or my 85mm 1.4 art.

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

That’s what I was thinking. I’ve planned a trip up there next weekend to check it out. This is my first year and am still in the process of buying equipment and have not yet purchased any lighting gear.

Why not se up a ccouple of wireless flashes on stands with either softboxes or brollies, They can give some nice light which is easy to control too
