i need more power

im looking to get a couple of spare batteries for my d40 and i have seen the price of the official nikon ones about 50 quid a pop

i have also seen cheaper ones for about a tenner are they any good? and can anyone recommend a reputable place to get them i wanna avoid the hong kong crew on flea bay

Brilliant!!! just ordered 2 batteries and with shipping it came to 16 quid ish not bad considering the named ones are between 40 and 50 quid

why pay for a name eh ? lol

Yep I don't use the name brand batteries for my EOS, the 5 quid ones do just fine!
