Hi All,
I have an old iBook G4 (about 6 years old). I've not used it for a year for the sole reason that after turning it on and using it for 10/15 mins, the laptop simply freezes! Only way to get it going is to reboot it.
I have recently re-installed the original software using the disc that came with the laptop but the laptop still freezes!!
Any ideas what the issue maybe? I've read in a few places that it may require a new hard drive, but as I don't have any use for the laptop any more, I was thinking of selling it. I am sure some wizz kid could probably get this fixed easily.
Question is, how much do you you think would be an acceptable asking price for this? Equally, if anyone can suggest an easy/cheap fix, I might just keep it as a spare laptop.
