Purchased a Kindle today after using iBooks on my iPhone for the last 12 months.
I've got a number of books on my iBooks account that aren't available through the Kindle store. Is there any way I can transfer these to my Kindle? as after using the Kindle for a few hours I can't go back to reading on the small phone screen :-)

Phone is a jailbroken 3GS if it makes a difference.
 
If it's possible to use the phone as a mass storage device then maybe possible.

Just out of interest what are the books you can't get ?

Books I can't get are sci fi ones, published by Black Library. They're available as a kindle download from the publishers website, but I'm reluctant to purchase 21 books again if I can just transfer them over instead.
 
Download Calibre - free download. It will convert epub format (which is what ibooks are AFAIK) to Mobi which the Kindle will read.

If you have trouble converting just search the internet for "Calibre plug in Epub"
