Ice Hockey 27/29 jan

Shot couple of games of hockey so far this week, so here are some of my shots from the games. First three are shot without a plaxi on the way, the second three through the plexi - and I think the difference does show in the quality.

(oh, I know the last photo isn't strictly hockey- but it was shot at the game )

#1 and #3 stand out a mile as I bet you already know The more Ice hockey I have done the more picky I get and I have tried to stop using shots with no puck unless a good reason.. ie #4 has no puck

#6 when I do a full set of pictures either hockey, football or whatever. I always break them up with something. crowd shots are the obvious... the viewer will get bored even if there looking at the very best action shots... too many of anything is boring so you break up the set.. shots with nice ladies are top of the list as your audience for sports action pics is mostly men anyways

3 is good as you rarely see 1 on 1 but more sportraits shots with ice hockey. Nice one.
