Thanks Alby, to be honest its the first time I have ever seen them around here, they certainly dont like you trying to get a face on shot at 5x

Thanks Robert, this was at F16 1/250Sec, when I was looking around for info on the mp-e several sites reckoned that it was useless at this aperture at 5x.

I have been trying to get one of these from this angle for ages and finally managed it tonight, this one decided to fly in through the window so I got the shot and let it back out.

I'm sure you will be fine, I found my canon 100 macro took quite a bit of getting use to at first.
