Identifying large format lenses

I'm looking to buy a lens to fit on the front of a box camera I've built, that will cover at least 5x4. I've found this, which at least looks right, but I don't know which of the numbers relate to what. So my questions are; will this cover 5x4? And for future reference, which of these markings should I be looking at to know what the lens is suitable for? Thanks!

(The seller is asking for €30 for this lens, its a bit grubby but the apertures move smoothly and the glass is relatively clean, and judging by online prices this isn't too bad..)

So it's one of these

according to the ebay listing, It will apparently cover 13x18cm = 5x7.

At 4x5 this 210mm will equate to 71mm FF, good for portraits or whatever really

So yes, as above really, it looks like a 210mm focal length lens, with a maximum aperture of F/4.5.

Worth bearing in mind is this lens has no shutter, and so you're stuck with shutter times measured in Mississippi's unless you've got a focal plane shutter on your camera
