Thanks for this, going to install 7 in the week when i get my new drive. Allot of this was on my todo list anyway, but there's some useful info there (y)
 
you cant change the timeout for boot options to 0, has to be 3 at a minimum according to the prompt on my machine.

otherwise aero and UAC can stay turned on, have no "beef" with those.. same with the services, i need most of those so they can stay. same with search indexing, that comes in handy.

sidebar has gone though. if you want desktop gadgets use rainmeter or similar..
