I wanted to convey the dark and depressing situation of the homeless.

I watched a video a couple of days ago a 15 minute photo challenge by Gavin Hoey on YouTube which reminded me I had taken this shot back in 2013.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I think you succeeded in your goal and the title you have chosen is very good too. I may have taken a very small step to the right to put the homeless person in line with the building centre top.

Is there a rain spot over the woman on the right's face?
For some reason I really like the Tate cup as a detail.
