Yes
ignoring my current set up, as i will be buying new lenses
is there much of a difference between a eos 7d & nikon d300s.
looking to do sports and wildlife. apart form pixels count

Personally, I would pick the 7D, but I really don't think there is much between the two models. Nikon users will call the nikon, canon users will say the canon.

Go with whichever feels better in your hands.

i`ve been throwing this thing around for ages, trying to make my mind up, i think i will go for the 7d and a 100-400. or a 70-200 f2.8l.

What digital camera did a test...

Pretty impartial if I remember, worth digging it out if you can find an old copy.

The 7d won I think...

I would also ask myself what glass will I be using with it? how do they compare Nikon to Canon.

Total cost and quality as a package...

Cheers

lets throw this into the equation a second hand 1d mkii, over the 7d, or is it a backward step?
the nikon lenses seem alot more expensive then the canon, and not a lot of choice, which is not a bad thing,

Ian
