Anyone using this monitor please and if so, what do you think of it for general internet browsing and Photoshop, its #1 on my list so far to purchase next week

Not exactly the same model, but we bought a B2712 HDS at work because we needed a big-ish screen for a trade show.

I wasn't impressed with it at all. We've got six Dell 2408WFPs and a Dell U2410 in the office and the quality of those is far better than the Iiyama, but you get what you pay for.

I'd rather have the 24" with the better quality than the 27" that looks a bit ropey, and as far as I know, the max resolutions are the same.

It could be quite different with the B2776 though...
 
Thanks Martyn for the information thats interesting at the moment I have a 22'' Dell and want something better for photoshop........I see you are nearly a Stokie!!

Haha, yes, I work in Etruria. Not born and bred though! I'm a Southerner really, so still talk properly! :P

What model is your current Dell? Dell monitors vary massively depending on the model (read: price).
 
Hi Martyn - I have just been looking for the Dell manual but cant find it.
its a 22'' and about 4 years old, after what you said I started looking around again and came across the Dell 27'' 2711......but its £625

There's a dell outlet/refurb type seller on eBay who sells their products for lower prices complete with warranty who many have used and praised. I don't know of the name off the top of my head but know people on here have used them in the past so hopefully they can point you in the right direction.
