My great niece came round today so i couldn't resist a photo. Mum loved it. So mission accomplished. Just thought id post it to get a photographers opinion.

I'm no great photographer but I like that! Lovely as black and white and a very cute expression on the little ones face :) I would say that its a shame that you have cut off the rest of the mothers face and hair though, it would have been nice to see the whole of the head in there. just imo :D
 
Works for me and I don't mind that you have chopped of the top of mom's head. I just see her eyes and they draw me down to your great niece. Lovely (y)
 
This works for me too - I have no issues with the mum's full head not being in the picture - the focus is on the little one which is how it should be IMO.

The look on the mum's face is priceless x
 
thanks guys

It was probably the only shot were she had her eyes open and wasn't screaming. Shes only 4 weeks so plenty of time for another shoot.
