I'm having problems with the HiTi P510s

The printer arrived today.... all seems fine except for when I try to print something, it wont saying its a mismatch ribbon type.

There doesn't seem to be anything regarding this in the manual. Has anyone come across this before?

Will call System Insight in the morning, but would like to try to find the solution in the meantime!

yes! make sure you set your print settings for 6x9 (or 6x4 if that's what you're printing) in the programme that you're printing from (PS for me) It seems like you have to do it twice, i.e. you've set the default to the size you want, but you have to do this to (like page set up) but it does solve the problem.

Thank you - I couldnt see an option through Picasa to print 6x9 but just found an option saying 'format for printer' and it was under that. Phew, panic over - thanks so much!
