imac i7 slow

thanks but seems the email.is no longer used. its just from.one off the sales team.

well its now be sent back for a refund. the model i was told they had but were waiting for permission to send has been sold. the only one they have is higher spec and they wont send me that.

4days wasted at least. if they had just been straight with me from the start i would have been alot happier.
got to say there customer service is *****.

going to spec up a similar pc now as.im not sure i want to go through this again if i have any problems with a future machine
