Image hosting, size and detail ?

[scott199]

hi their i know this has been asked before, im not really new to hosting sites, but i have never really had the need to get full detail images up.

well now i am trying and i use photobucket, but this seems to down-scale the pics quite a lot, is this just something im doing wrong or is it standard to save space on all sites ?

Is their a better site to upload to, so i can add links or images in the critique section.

like this, the file size and details have been lost ?

I use Flickr. It also has the advantage that people can see he exif data if you allow it.

I used to use Photobucket, but now use Flickr. Flickr basic/free strips the EXIF info as well, but you (and others) can view it from the Flickr site if you allow it.
