Image Size

hi guys/girls

need t know what size to save a file as when ihave used photoshop to edit it / crop it to

these will be used on a website or just for future use i .e prints or jsut general use

that's an odd question - you crop to the image you want and save to whatever image size you require for prints.

for a website i'd use a 640 x 480 basis for your main size images and a 128 x 128 basis for your thumbnails.

after i have taken a photo i then go to pc and edit the photo i want to save it for future use what size do you normally save as

i normally keep edited version at the original size (ie the size off the camera) or whatever the cropped size is.

i keep it full size.

If I need a smaller version I make a smaller version when I need it.

After you have edited the image, just click on file/save and it will savethe orig size without compression.
