Canon has a kit and software for verifying if images are original or not. Does anyone know if the same type of thing is available for Nikon Cameras, tried looking on the net but cant find anything.

This software was produced to work with the D2x about 2 years ago or so. Not used it myself, but I believe it was developed for US law enforcement and such.

Just typed in Image Verification +Nikon into Google and got several hits. I suspect it may only be available in the US. You may need to email Nikon direct to ascertain it's UK availability
