Images from 5D2 now a bit soft!

This has just happened for no apparent reason. I use the 5d with a 24-70 2.8l, did a studio shoot the other day and despite lights and f11 the images are consistently very slightly soft. You only really see it on 100 Percent crops but it wasn't there before!
Any ideas what might have caused this?
 
Good question! I am away at the mo and minus camera but I am guessing less than 30k...what are your thoughts on the shutter then?

My thoughts are that it doesn't degrade image quality.

It's simple physics, if your images are all of a sudden soft, there's an optical issue, your lens probably took a knock and can either be recalibrated or it needs a service.
