HI
Can anyone help with a bit of confusion on my part.
I shoot raw with a d7K and so far all Nikon lenses. I post produce in Aperture.
So my camera software has lens profiles...
1) Does this auto correct CA or other lens distortions and only if they are Nikon?
2) does this happen with RAW images or just jpeg?
3) I am tempted at some time to get the Tokina 11-16 and wonder where that will leave me? I like the low light ability of the lens over the Nikon variants and by all accounts it is sharp (both Thom and Lord Rockwell seem to agree on this)
4) AFAIK Aperture has no in built lens correction for barrel distortion at wide angles etc. Can anyone recommend a good aperture happy plug for this?
