front row
1DMKIV with 400mm attached and hood on backwards...perfect fit.. most of time not in case when going to cricket or local stuff..put on back seat of car

middle row
1dmkIII, 135mm f2, 85mm f1.8 and a 17-40 f4 (my only zoom lens)

back (thin) row
rolled up rain cover pants.. take all the time.. hat and gloves, extenders 1.4 and x2 also my blue bib for rugby. monopod sits on top of back row manfrotto68ob perfect fit..

in lid
small notepad and pencil and sharpner.. never a pen.. you wouldnt want it leaking on yr gear.. cleaning cloths lens and general, lens rain covers, id cards, mem cards, business cards and a 5 pound note for emergency drinks etc if forgot money... empty mem card case.. spare lens caps..

first time i ahve seen foam in use.. what happens when you change kit.. sizes?

i dont change kit much to be honest.. for what i cover the 3 lenses i have suit me (for now).. but yes its going to be an arse if i do any big changes (or i'll just get the divider kit).

put the notebook + pen in a baggy inside the case

which is what i used to do with my toolbox to prevent water getting into the pad.

what happens if you snap your pencil, do you have a sharpener (what would you do with the sharpenings!) or do you use a propelling pencil?
