in print finally

[neil_g]

while we (as a business) have had a couple of photos published they all ended up being the other halves so far. and while ive been very happy for her bat: ) its finally happened for me..

it was a looooooong 11 1/2 hour day that one too, makes it a little more worth while.

(and yes we're being paid, which is a good job as they forgot the print credit )

[towershot]

Congratulations Neil, the order of the day I think.

[simonblue]

[Chapman]

Congrats! Bet that it feels great to finally see your own pics published

[neil_g]

thanks yeah its a good feeling to finally be covering the right arena to the shots people want to publish lol

[awp]

Is that headline referring to you Neil??

[neil_g]

yeah probably, i am 30 in just over a month

[admirable]

Well done

[Jamtea]

Nice stuff, did they employ you to take the pics or license them afterwards?

[neil_g]

licenced after, we were covering the event and they contacted us following morning after speaking to the organiser to find out who we were

[neil_g]

having received the cheque for this today i can actually say it makes it a whole load nicer who says the media world dont pay for photos..

they have also requested several other photos from us from another event, plus they have pre-requested photos from an event coming up this weekend.

happy days

[trevorbray]

Good stuff Neil. Well done mate

[Tokkelossi]

and now you can hand it straight to the tax man

as it passes from your hands .... enjoy that moment you have with it

Stupid tax man .... oopps ... person.

Now and then sneak one in your pocket while they snout another pocket.

[neil_g]

yeah thanks for that tom...

i think i might sit here and stare at the cheque before it departs to the bank
