Indexhibit - My head hurts.

Hey guys,

I thought I was a smart little lamb but this building your own website is hurting my head. Ok I want to use the Indexhibit thinga-ma-jig.

But I am confused by this on their requirements;
- a domain name: this is the adress of your website, so you need to choose the name appropriately. It looks like this: www.thiswebsite.com.

- Server space: this is a part of a server that is connected to the internet and in which you can put files that will be accessible through the web. This is not in your computer! Your plan needs to be hosted on Linux servers (Microsoft servers will not work), and you must have access to a database. Most webhosts offer both kinds of servers. You will need to pay for these services.

So I have a domain name and an account with clikpic? Is that enough?

Please give me an indication of where to start :help:
 
the whole point of clikpic is that they do the website for you so you don't have to use indexibit...
 
ah ok.

In that case, you need to buy server hosting with another company, and transfer your domain from clikpic over to the new registrar.

The minimum requirements are that you need a mySQL database, and ftp access. I don't have an affordable recommendation to make sadly, sure someone else can help.
