Just been reading the following and it stated that Induro and Benro Gimbal Heads are made for them by Wimberley

This surprised me as I thought they were made in China and that the Wimberley stuff was made in the US

"Benro is the sister company to Induro (and distributed by Profoto), which offer the same range of heads (GHBA, GHB1 and GHB2, though Induro haven't as yet announced a GHB3), so there could be some price advantage to the Benro models. It's also worth noting that the Induro models (and now these from Benro) are made for them by Wimberley"

Not the first time a blogger has written complete nonsense.

These Gimbals are really confusing
The Benro GH2 is about £300 with the plate and looks exactly like the Induro GHB2 - £379 plate included
Then there is the Benro GH3 which breaks down for easy packing at about £340, without plate?
and now Redged are selling a CF Gimbal at £399

up there at the top on price, (and presumably quality), is Mr Wimberley ll at over £500, excluding a plate, (an extra £30 +)

Wimberley are made in the USA. I'd be surprised if they made them for competitors
