Heres a little orchid macro, used the ring flash on this C+C welcomed

I posted a similar picture of a Moth Orchid in here on Saturday Moth Orchid I’m amazed at how much brighter yours looks using the flash, guess what I’m going to have to invest in next.

I looked at this and thought that's an interesting abstract rather than that's a plant image. I think it works better as an abstract with those fabulous colours, the great shapes and the abundant light. Like it very much

Have you tried playing with a focus stacking program? this might look even better with everything in focus.

Very nice - although I am going to be really critical and say that I'd prefer the left hand side of the orange/red bit to be in focus, looks slightly soft but that just might be the pattern on the flower :shrug: Hard to tell with these flowers. Great colours

I was using a very shallow dof so I would agree the left hand bit is oof!

But I was just trying to emulate your dreamy style !
