Lovely and sharp. But I'm not sure it's showing enough. It makes that huge cavernous space look dinky wee.
 
I know what your saying about not showing enough, but on a saturday afternoon on a easter weekend I couldnt get moved, if I zoomed out a bit etc I would have caught other people.

I didn't know you were allowed to take pics inside York Minster?! Hmm, might be worth a visit methinks.

The Minster charges an admission fee (around £5) which includes a photo-permit-and you can use a tripod.

Agree with aberal, it lacks the vastness and majesty.

Also, there's no shadows which would give a better mood and perspective.

Still, pretty good considering the conditions.

They are very good allowing cameras inside and as mentioned happy with tripods. I took my 50D with battery grip, 70-200, 24-105 and 10-20 and no-one batted an eyelid, even a few about with 1Ds etc
