Inspiration needed

Going up north this weekend to see family and my little sis has asked me to get some nice images of my youngest nephew (1month old) and eldest nephew (5 yr's old) and I was hoping people might be able to point me in the right direction for inspiration and also any techniques that might help would be great.

She wants some nice black and white ones if that makes any difference. Something quite simple really.

Have a look through the people and portraits section on here. There are a lot of examples of photos of children on there. Some good and some bad but it should give you some inspiration.

As Rob has said the people/portrait section is a great source.

It gives me new ideas all the time. Just dont have time to do any of them

take what you can and as much as you can
concentrate on sharpness of the eye/s
let go and relax and the subject will as well
learn
