It has some basic hipstamatic-style filters you can use, but that's just for the hipsters. What we have here is an absolutely free mobile photo community tool that is slick, easy-to-use, and built from the ground up for connectivity.
Here's an example I posted on my twitter feed.
I'd love for there to be a community of TalkPhotography instagrammers, at least I'd know the photos I'm looking at were taken by someone with a clue!
