On a budget and have been emailed current offers from Warehouse Express. Amongst them is an Interfit INT119 EXD 200 Home Studio Kit which includes a Wireless Radio Trigger and 60cm Reflector Kit all for £269. Would this seem a good starter kit at a reasonable price. Amazon have the same kit without the trigger and reflector for £294. (Probably answered my own question there)

I have 2 x EXD 200 which I take to customers houses, saves me packing up and unpacking the studio stuff, its cheap, light and comes in it's own bag, has enough power for what I use it for it have never let me down.

I've got the interfit ex150 mkII home studio kit and haven't had any issues with it at all.

For the money i think the quality is great. It also came with a DVD giving you the basics of how to get started with the kit, which i found very useful.

I've also got the EX150. Got two sets and they do me perfect as a mobile portrait photographer. I was on a budget at the time but these lights have lasted 4 years with no problems. Won't be upgrading until they break...

I've got the interfit ex150mkii and they are absolutely fine. Great set. I also have the Studio 160 lights as originally sold by Jacobs and they are fine as well, build slightly less but at nearly half the price it has to go somewhere. Light output and reliability are the same in my experience.
