Internet slow this morning?

Youtube video taking ages to load, maybe 10x longer.
Emails taking ages to load onto iPhone.
No problem with web pages generally and router working to spec.
Just me?

It's Vodafone, normally fine.

Have you tested your pc via a wired connection to rule out an issue the phone?

No (it's a faff!) but the issue is with both iPhone and laptop.
Vodafone diagnostics app on the iPhone shows speed is as guaranteed and Speedtest shows 30+ down and 9 up on both units.
