Introduction to Canon G9

Can anyone tell me if there is a book or similar for a Canon G9 powershot . have looked in a couple of places but to no avail. it for a friend who has just bought one and tell me he operates it like an elephant!!

Not sure what camera you use at the moment but if you use a Canon now I doubt that you'd need to look at a manual, the menu tells you all you need to know.
