I have seen the camera connection kit for the ipad and was wondering whether you can upload video from the camera as well as photos..

I have seen that it will except JPG and RAW, but will it except mp4 video files ???

I would have thought so but not 100% sure. I know you can transfer vid from iphone to ipad using the connection kit.
 
Can you also connect a usb stick to the camera connection device
and upload files ???

Some people reckon that if you add a folder to the USB stick and call it DCIM then the iPad thinks it's a camera card and will read from it. I've tried this and have had limited success. Just tried it and it doesn't work. Possibly due to the iOs 4.2 update rather than the earlier version 3.
