Does anyone know of a decent app for the Ipad for showing photo's to potential clients?
I've had a look at a couple but not sure how good the images look in the app. A few people have said the images aren't as clear and sharp as from the main Photo program that comes with the Ipad. Most seem to be £8.99 so any advice from anyone whop has tried one would be appreciated.

Thanks

I use the Zenfolio app with the iPhone for mine if I need to do a quick demo of my online stuff, and that renders well.
As for local images, I create subfolders on my PC,sync my photographs via iTunes and then use the native browser.

What sort of extra functionality are you after?

The native Photo Slideshow on the Ipad is ok but wanted something that will let me have more control over the look of the show along with dissolve speeds etc. There are a few apps such as Foliobook for the Ipad which seem to do what I want but not sure if the image quality is good enough.

You could save the slideshow as a video. Then play locally or upload to YouTube.

Or look into html5 and CSS3, better than Flash and supported on the iPad.

Hey, I use FolioBook its very professional looking and clients seem to be impressed, I took a gamble as its not reviewed yet but it was worth it.

I've recently been using the 'Web Albums' iPad app, it links to your picasa account and allows you to display the albums in a similar way to the built in photo app. You can display public or private albums from the app.

You can also cache locally either individual images or complete albums for offline viewing

And it was only £1.79
