iPad Safari keep refreshing, when multiple pages are opened

Basically, when I open multiple pages in Safari, on my iPad, each time I change from one of the opened pages to the next Safari insists on refreshing that page for me

This doesn't happen all the time, and I've thought this is due to the amount of time a specific page was "idle", but that doesn't seem to be the case either.

Anyone has any idea as to what could possibly be causing this?

If you open multiple pages which individually take up too much ram, it will 'forget' the pages you aren't viewing to keep up processing speed.

Sometimes you can open lots of text based pages and it won't struggle, other times you open just two flickr websites and it will forget the first whilst viewing the second.

Basically, try not to open too much at once, or if you do, make sure you finish reading the first before you look at the second.

Interesting observation; and you're spot-on with the text based pages. I guess I will just have to open less pages

Just thought of mentioning, the iPhone 4 has double the RAM of the iPad.
