IPad Screen Issues

I've noticed images viewed on my ipad seem to be a lot warmer in colour temperature than on my laptop. To get the image on the ipad to look like it does on my laptop screen, I have to desaturate the image by about 50%.

Is this just an uncalibrated screen issue? Have any of you guys noticed a difference between images viewed on your screens and ipads?

The iPad is stunning out of the box, the likelyhood is that your Laptop monitor is out

My iPad, iPhone and calibrated iMac are all identical. My MacBook (uncalibrated) is way off. I'd say your laptop is probably the issue.
