My laptop has been sent back to the manufacturer for a repair. The only pc we have in the house is one that has been stored for ages,

intel pentium D 2.8ghz
We have O2 wireless broadband in our house however this pc doesn't have Wifi nor ethernet. My daughter used to use my laptop for her homework and Internet browsing and she's currently stuck until we get the laptop back. She could obviously use my NEW iPad but it's not really ideal for what she needs it for ( or is it just that I don't want her using my PRECIOUS iPad
).
Probably a stupid question but is it at all possible to have my iPad connected to my pc to provide the wifi connection from my homes O2 wifi router (so it acts like a USB wifi dongle)??? Just a thought before I go out and buy a USB dongle.
