Ipad2 Jailbreak

I've done some searching on TP and read loads.

But.....................

I can't seem to find a definative answer as to whether there's a good jailbreak for the Ipad2 with 4.3.3 firmware.

I take it any time you restore your Ipad it unjailbreaks it if you get what I'm on about.
