Anyone else struggling with vodaphones 'fair use' policy of 500mb?

My bill rolled over about 6 days ago, and i just got the msg, you are about to go over your monthly allowance.
Not used for heavy surfing, downloads are done at home on the wireless, something is wrong with my contacts though, they wont sync from mobile me, could this be doing it?

Anyone know of a data monitoriing app that tells what app is using the data?

Didnt upgrade so i dould be shafted for using it as designed!

I got the message last month, but when looking at online bill I was no where near the 500mb mark. Only use around 100mb on average.

Think its a system problem as know someone else who got it as well.

I get 1Gb worth of data on the Vodafone iPhone tariff........

You can download an app called "My Vodafone" which tells you how much usage you have used that billing period.

Very good and useful.

That's the thing I like about payg - you simply use what you need and only pay for that without having to worry about "going over" your allowance.
