Iphone Bluetooth Headphone recommendations - anyone?

Hi all,

I am after a st of BT headphones for my iphone 3G. I was wondering what others have and recommend?

Ideally I'd like to be able to use the as headphones but should domeone call me, the ability for them to double as a BT headset/mic would be great!

I have seen the Plantronics Voyagers 855 which look great as far as form fit function go.

I tried the ericsson ones a few months ago with my 3G.

The data rate is a lot less over bluetooth - its only intended to carry voice conversations etc and so streaming music over them always leads to horrid tinny base etc on the iphone. Not sure there is an ideal wireless solution.

If you hear of one let me know!
 
What are they like for sound clarity barney?
 
Not bad. Not as good as wired, but then when the bandwidth is much lower what should I expect?

They work fine for me on the train and at the gym.
 
I've only ever used the bluetooth for incar stuff, both phone calls and audio streaming (since 3.0) they are standard protocols so anything should work...
 
Smoothedit I'll be sure to keep you updated with my findings.
I was under the impression though, I must admit that the update to 3.0 solved the bluetooth Audio problems.
 
The iphone 3g i think has only 2.0 bluetooth with the 3gs having 2.1.

If thats true then 3g does not support stereo bluetooth only mono.

Edit> Scrub that they are both 2.1.

Still does not up the data rate though :(

I have got the iGo car kit and the streaming music is rubbish quality!
