Rather confuddled!

iPhone 4 not working, so trip to Apple to replace.
Its on the latest iOS 5 incarnation. All backed up over iCloud and WIFI sync

Replace 4 is running iOS 4 - so download update for iOs 5.

All done, now where the hell is the option to resorted from could and WIFI sync!!?

I'm using my iPad for phone calls now, really annoyed I can't figure this out!!
