Hi all,
So I was trying to set up my sons new Iphone SE on his pc, ie trying to load an old backup onto the new phone
To cut a long story short we kept getting loads of error messages saying "phone has disconnected" and many "unknown errors"
Gave up in the end- but then thought I'll try on my PC, It went straight on with no error messages at all !
This makes me think there maybe something wrong with my sons pc
Both pc'c are wndows 10, up to date on all windows and apple updates
Any ideas what to look for on his PC?
I know some will say why not use icloud but his icloud is full and hes not cleared it out so couldn't back up old phone to cloud (thats all sorted now as well !)
