I have iPhone 3GS finally :love::love::love:, and we're going to Geneva next week. Now, with all my previous phones I could use Ovi Maps, Google Sat Nav etc, but with iPhone there doesn't seem to be anything, and I'm loathe to part with £55 for the sat nav app. It needs to be able to run without using the internet, so there will not be any large bills.

Anyone know of anything, or where to get a tom tom app cheaper?

I've used Copilot on my last 2 phones and like it. Not sure about the cost for the Europe maps though.

Ditto Copilot. Its excellent, my wife wants to steal my 3Gs or get me to upgrade as she wants it as her new satnav.

+3 for copilot. I've used it on Windows phones, iphones and android phones at various points and it has always done the trick nicely. Worth the investment.

Got the UK version which I think cost me £25, and also got the France one for a recent holiday and that cost £15....never let me down and they are very good for the money!
 
Also

Can you get some sort of cradle to put them into? like you would with a tom tom for example
