iphoto / picasa/ flickr

i use iphoto at the moment, it there a way you can back photos from that to picasa or flickr

also whats better and why between picasa and flickr

want about 10/20gb of space to start with, just upload folders to the site and view from the relavant apps on a iphone or computer

Something here however its not free for iPhoto.
